✨ Peace in the Boat: A Reflection on Love, Fear, and the Gift of Heaven ✨


When we choose to live in the love of Christ, that love transforms and heals all our fear.


With fear eradicated, we can wait—in blessed peace—for our circumstances to align with the goodness of God.


Such an experience of peace—a regulated nervous system, a calm heart, a deep sense of psychological safety—can rightly be called “a gift of heaven while on earth.” This gift, left to us by a Very Special Person, is peace.


> “Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.”

—John 14:27




When we remember, process, and accept that we are loved—when we breathe slowly and deeply, inhale Pneuma (Spirit), and imagine truths that bring peace—we realize that the peace was always there.


Christ.

He was always there.

Right inside you.

Radiating his peace at the bottom of your boat. 🚢


All that’s required is to calm the worries and desires of the busy mind by knowing:

You are loved.
