Spiritual wifi

For, “Who can know the Lord’s thoughts? Who knows enough to teach him?” But we understand these things, for we have the mind of Christ.

1 Corinthians 2:16 NLT

We, who seek after God, have been granted spiritual access to higher wisdom and levels of intelligence. If The Mind of Christ is our source for spiritual intelligence, then it can be thought of as our spiritual wifi.

Sometimes our wifi connection gets weak, or disconnected. There are reasons for this spiritually, just as there are physically. And, just like there are various ways of fixing a lost wifi connection, there are various ways we can rejoin our connection with the heart and mind of Christ.

One way to resolve some of the interference issues is described in James 5:16.

Confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The earnest prayer of a righteous person has great power and produces wonderful results.

James 5:16 NLT

When we have anxiety, worry, doubt, guilt, shame, judgement, etc., let's notice and simply confess it. To confess is to humbly admit. God looks upon, draws near, and gives grace to the humble.

To confess is to let the light expose something. Worry, anxiety, guilt, and shame are forms of darkness. The darkness exposed by confession will be dispersed by the light.

Confess easily, and let others confess to you, without judgment. Then simply pray, and watch your connection with the heart and mind of Christ be restored. It's just as easy as wifi, but better.
